Reid passionate about meeting needs of her real estate clients
It does matter what agent you choose, for many reasons, such as dedication and passion. These are some of the attributes of Nathania Reid, a Realtor with Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Gary Greene.
“My goal in any transaction, large or small, is to help my clients achieve their goals and dreams, which is my passion,” Reid said.
Reid’s focus area is in northwest Houston, The Woodlands and Spring areas.
“We bought our first home in this area, due to the amazing schools and fantastic amenities nearby. Being a millennial myself, and mother, northwest Houston provides the perfect lifestyle to raise a family. There is a true sense of community here,” Reid said.
Prices in these areas are rising, but interest rates are low and there are many homes to choose from. Also, the Grand Parkway is bringing steady growth to the area.
Reid hails from Sicily and has lived in various parts of Italy. She also spent much of her life moving to different cities, states and countries.
“My father was in the military, so we saw the world,” Reid said.
For Reid, being a Realtor is a rewarding career.
“You are helping people with one of the largest investments of their life. I work hard to ensure a seamless, stress-free journey from start to finish, and gain new friends along the way,” Reid said.
Reid holds a bachelor of arts degree in mass communications with a minor in Spanish and theater from York College of Pennsylvania. She worked in the entertainment industry while in college and a few years after graduating. She then moved into corporate sales before becoming a Realtor.
These experiences have equipped her with the skill set to be an effective and well-rounded agent. She uses her marketing and sales experience, building relationships, enthusiasm, and determination, in her real estate career.
She also is tri-lingual in English, Italian and Spanish, which allows her to assist clients, locally and internationally.
Reid is an awardwinning agent, yet the most important to her is on social media she has perfect score for customer service.
Reid also holds many real estate certifications, including Master Certified Negotiation Expert, which only three agents in 1,000 have.
“I am also a Certified Network Affinity Specialist, which allows me to work with USAA and Navy Federal members,” Reid said.
Reid is known for being a people person and is also outgoing, determined, creative, tech savvy with video and social media and parlaying it into real estate. She is a hard worker helping her clients succeed.
