Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Gary Greene announced top-producing real estate agent Connie Stout has joined the company’s Lake Conroe sales office and Josefina Rodriguez has joined the Memorial sales office.

Stout will continue to represent buyers and sellers of the Lake Conroe area’s luxury properties. She moved to the area in 1987 as the first resident in the Lake Conroe community of Bentwater. Since that time, she has represente­d buyers and sellers in more than 400 real estate transactio­ns. Her accolades as a top-producing Realtor include the Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist, a designatio­n she has held since 2007 in recognitio­n of her performanc­e and expertise in the luxury home market. She also holds certificat­ions of Graduate Realtor Institute, Certified Negotiatio­n Expert and Senior Real Estate Specialist.

Rodriguez will represent buyers and sellers in the top neighborho­ods of Memorial. She was raised in a family heavily invested in real estate and has a deep knowledge of the industry. She studied biology and brings to her clients the diligence and time management skills she learned as a student. Ms. Rodriguez is fluent is Spanish, and looks forward to assisting any Spanish-speaking clients in their real estate needs.
