KEITH ALLAN EVERETT

1938-2017

Keith Allan Everett, age 79, died December 13, 2017 in The Woodlands, TX. Keith was born in Ithaca, NY and was raised in East Aurora, NY. After graduating from Cornell University, Keith moved to Houston where he met and married Susan, his wife of 52 years with whom he had three children. He spent his career as an engineer and later as a project manager in the petrochemical and IT industries. Never one to be idle, Keith played competitive bridge in his retirement and became president of the local club.

His family will remember his quiet love and sense of humor. Keith was a steadying force in their lives and was proud of their accomplishments. As a fan of wit, he always found the perfect birthday card or gag gift for Christmas stockings, and enjoyed relaying good jokes to family and friends.

Keith is survived by his wife Susan, children Julie and husband Mark, Laura, Scott and wife Elyse, grandchildren Leah, Tristan, Sarah, Hannah, Kirsten, Charlie and Paige, and great-grandchildren Lilah and Levi.

On Monday, December 18, there will be visitation with Keith’s family from 1-2pm followed by a memorial service at 2pm. Klein Funeral Home, 16131 Champion Forest Dr, Spring, TX 77379.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to The Texas Heart Institute or the Rochelle Center, Nashville, TN.
