Kidwell’s experience helps clients in real estate journey
Donna Kidwell, a Realtor with Keller Williams Realty Metropolitan, is known for her quotes that brightens people’s day.
For example, she put a smile on many faces recently with Zsa Zsa Gabor’s quote: “I am a housekeeper. With each of my eight divorces, I kept the house.”
But whatever the quote, she remembers, one thing is for certain: She is very serious about her role as Realtor.
“Real estate is a journey, if a client is buying or selling or relocating. I understand all of the ups and downs that can come into play in looking for that perfect home, and how some clients feel like they are stepping into the unknown as they purchase a home due to the unfamiliar territory.
“But as I walk with them through the process, my clients usually relax and enjoy the journey,” said Kidwell.

••• And Kidwell works hard to make sure her clients find the home for that life to be well-lived.
“I surround myself with a successful team who care about helping people with their real estate needs. Plus, I understand the job of helping people and I love challenges.
“I am very creative, think outside the box and draw on many years of experience in real estate to help my clients reach a successful closing,” Kidwell said.
Outside of her long real estate career spanning three decades, she also has worked as a top producing sales associate, has been the broker/ owner of two real estate offices with more than 100 agents and staff, as well as personally purchasing a host of different and diverse properties.
Being involved in every facet of real estate allows her to bring special skills to the table that benefit her clients.
For example, many people lost everything in the floods, and they are rebuilding their lives.
“Many are seeking a new home, and I encourage them to not only work with a professional Realtor but also others, such as decorators, for tips and trends, just in case they decide to sell the home in the future,” Kidwell said.
Today is Dec. 31, and we are moving into the new year, new beginnings.
“I encourage everyone to have confidence, step out into the unknown to fulfill your dreams. Hire a Realtor, and start a new journey for a new life. It might be a challenge, but we all grow through challenges, and become wiser and stronger,” Kidwell said. After all:
