Kirby Collection filling up
The retail component of Kirby Collection, a new mixed-use development of New York-based Thor Equities at 3200 Kirby, is now two-thirds leased. Great W’Kana Café ,a modern contemporary Indian restaurant operated by chef Sunil Srivastava, will relocate to 2,960 square feet in the Upper Kirby District project this summer, according to Thor Equities. Atelier Isabelle Rose has leased 3,855 square feet for a high-end hair salon. Houston newcomer A Ma Maniére, which stands for “My Way” in French, has leased 2,200 square feet for a boutique with luxury streetwear and footwear brands. Daniel Feigelson of Newform Real Estate represented Great W’Kana, Jerald Vascoe represented A Ma Maniére, and Sam Sheff of Sheff Properties represented Atelier Isabelle Rose. Austin Knief and George Stanchfield of Thor Equities represented the landlord in all three deals. Pinstripes, a dining and entertainment venue, will anchor the project with 33,830 square feet on two floors.
Apex Urgent Care has leased 3,010 square feet in Waterview Town Center, a shopping center being built at Grand Parkway and Grand Mission Boulevard near Fort Bend County’s Harvest Green and Aliana communities. Kyle Knight and Michael Moulton with Weitzman represented the tenant. Apex Urgent Care also operates a walk-in clinic in Katy.
Bambu, a Vietnamese drink and dessert shop, has leased 1,800 square feet in Kirby Commons, 11609 W. Broadway Blvd. in Pearland. New Image Orthodontics has leased 2,405 square feet in the new center, which is now 80 percent leased. Jason Gaines and Shaffer Braun of NAI Partners represented the developer and landlord, SSS Pearland Property.
Thanh Nguyen has opened Batteries Plus
Bulbs at 4841 Fairmont Parkway in Pasadena. The store is among 12 in the Houston area for the chain.
Neveria El Huache has leased 1,125 square feet at Hunter Plaza, 5502 N. Fry Road. Jim Thompson of Retail Solutions represented the landlord.
Wireless Corner has leased 1,000 square feet at 1960 North West Medical Shopping Center, 820 Cypress Creek Parkway. Steven Quiroga of Retail Solutions represented the landlord.
