Miss Hayley Ann Boswell Weds Mr. Nathan Allen Hobley

Miss Hayley Ann Boswell and Mr. Nathan Allen Hobley were united in marriage on Saturday, January 6, 2018 at three o’clock in the afternoon at St. Paul’s United Methodist Church in Houston, Texas. The double ring ceremony was officiated by Reverend Gale Towns of Friendswoo­d United Methodist Church in Friendswoo­d, Texas. Music for the ceremony was provided by the church’s organist, Ken Coleman. Following the ceremony, the bride’s parents hosted a reception and seated dinner at The Parador with entertainm­ent provided by DJ Darrell Ripley, of DJU Entertainm­ent. On the eve of the wedding, the parents of the groom hosted a rehearsal Dinner at Benihana-Houston.

Hayley is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Barry Eugene Boswell of Fulshear, Texas. She is the granddaugh­ter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Clyde Jefferson Brown of Friendswoo­d, Texas and the late Mr. and Mrs. Herman Eugene Boswell of Fort Worth, Texas.

Nathan is the son Mr. and Mrs. Terry Jay Hobley of Friendswoo­d, Texas. He is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. William Allen Spain of Livingston, Texas, Mrs. Sharon Hobley and the late Mr. and Mrs. Jay R. Hobley, all of Rexburg, Idaho.

Escorted by her father and given in marriage by her parents, the bride wore an exquisite couture gown designed with a unique high neckline and flowing white silk ballgown embellishe­d with an opulent filigree pattern of Swarovski crystals and detailed beading. To compliment her gown, the bride chose a cathedral length veil, accented with crystals. She carried an elegant cascading bouquet of tulips, peonies, lilies, roses and miniature callas, accented with crystals, in shades of white and ivory. The bridesmaid­s wore various styles of full-length dark teal dresses of tiffany chiffon and carried bouquets of roses and lilies in shades of purple and ivory.

Serving as her maid of honor was Miss Katelyn Brown, cousin of the bride. Bridesmaid­s were Miss Jessica Benavides, Miss Kimberly Hall, Miss Stephanie Teoh, Miss Stephany Tsai and Miss Alexandra Wilson. Miss Kallie Boswell, niece of the bride, served as junior bridesmaid. Serving as flower girls, were Misses Audrey and Evangeline Flood, twin nieces of the bride. The house party included Mrs. Jesse Ketter, Mrs. Dana Nadwodny, sister of the bride and Master Logan Grigg, nephew of the bride.

Mr. Brian Weissen served the groom as best man. Groomsmen included Mr. Michael Hobley, brother of the groom, Mr. Ryan Flood, brother of the bride, Mr. Ryan Wilcox, Mr. Logan Jeffery, and Mr. Cullen Brown, cousin of the bride. Master Micah Flood, nephew of the bride, served as ring bearer. Serving as ushers were the bride’s brothers, Mr. Kevin Boswell and Mr. Ryan Flood. Junior ushers were Master Rory Boswell and Master Jonas Flood, nephews of the bride.

Hayley is a 2013 graduate of Friendswoo­d High School in Friendswoo­d, Texas. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Biomedical Engineerin­g from the University of Texas in Austin in 2017. Currently Hayley is pursuing graduate studies at Texas A& M University in College Station.

Nathan is a 2013 graduate of Friendswoo­d High School in Friendswoo­d, Texas. He is a 2017 graduate of Brigham Young University-Idaho, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science. Currently he is employed at Stata-Corp, in College Station, as a software developer.

Following their honeymoon in Taos, New Mexico, the couple will reside in Bryan, Texas.
