has purchased 5757 Woodway, a 162,188-square-foot office building on 4 acres in the Galleria area. The twoand four-story property is 70 percent leased. Dan Miller and Marty Hogan of HFF handled the sale. The property was sold by Woodway Office Partners, a joint venture sponsored by Houston-based Fuller Realty Partners and Harbert Management Corp.
