Bell has two-plus decades of real estate expertise
When Debbie Bell, a Realtor with Sudhoff Companies, was in college, she and her friends would go to estate sales on the weekends.
“My friends would buy the antique treasures, and I would literally buy the houses. This is how I began my real estate venture. I began investing and remodeling homes in my early 20s and have continued,” Bell said.
Bell has now been in the real estate industry for more than two decades, and is a licensed Realtor in Houston and Destin, Florida. Her primary focus is in luxury highrises, upscale homes in downtown and other premium locales inside the Loop 610. She also specializes in luxury condominiums in Houston and the Florida Panhandle.
“I think this is great time to purchase real estate in Houston based on the current and future estimated growth projections. The growing sectors are in health care, computer expertise and energy business. These industries are a strong driving force for the housing market in Houston. I believe in Houston and feel it is a great city to live, work and raise a family. I am happy to be a resident of such an amazing city,” Bell said.
Bell relocated to Houston from Destin about two years ago.
“I originally came to Houston for business and fell in love with this city. I found the people to be so diverse and friendly that I decided to make this my permanent home. Destin’s beaches will always be a prime destination for me though, as I own investment property along the beach,” Bell said.
Bell is naturally a work/task detail-oriented person. She takes the privilege of working with and on behalf of others as a personal commitment.
“I am knowledgeable and aware of all the moving parts involved in the real estate buying and selling process. I am truly 100 percent invested in successfully achieving the best possible outcome for my clients,” Bell said.
