Art Feel: “Catch Me if You Can” coming to The Woodlands

ArtSee: After months of kindly using their production design skills to help fix area homes hit by Hurricane Harvey, The Woodlands College Park Performing Arts Department proudly presents “Catch Me if You Can” directed by Valerie Roberts Labonski, book by Terence McNally and music by Marc Shaiman with lyrics by Scott Whitman and Marc Shaiman on Thursday, Jan. 25 – 27 at College Park High School’s Theater.
The musical stars Adithya Chunangad, Brooks Seals, Joshua Gordon, Arden Parker, McKenna Preston, Grace Munger, Anthony Mireles, Hayden Odom, Elijah Holland, Zach Bricken, Alex Oleksy and Ian Kryer. Tickets can be purchased at collegeparkmusical.evenbrite.com.
ArtDo: Take a trip into Houston to see Woodlands artist Annette Palmer’s “Across the Miles” gallery reception at The Jung Center on Saturday, Jan. 27 from 5-7 p.m. where she explores distance, connections, journeys and love through her landscape and seascape paintings. Using texture, gold leaf and love letters, Palmer expresses feelings of connectivity across vast distances. Worth the trip. https://junghouston.org.
