Clint Nabors part of award-winning real estate team
The low interest rates today make real estate a great investment, and house payments are usually lower than many rental costs in Houston.
With lower rates, many people are buying and selling and one of the more popular areas is northwest Houston.
This area includes Katy, Cypress, Tomball, NW Houston and Magnolia, and offers homes from master-planned communities to acreage.
This area is also is the focus area and home territory of Clint Nabors, a Realtor with Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Gary Greene.
Nabors and his wife, Amy, graduated from Baylor University. He sold new homes while in school and began his real estate career upon graduation. An ‘inside look’
Nabors’ father-in-law has been a top Realtor in Houston for many years, so he had an inside look into real estate and liked what he saw.
“I have always been a people person and love helping them achieve their dreams with the largest investment most people make. I also have mortgage lending experience. My knowledge of all aspects in real estate is beneficial to my clients,” Nabors said.

On staff are many people who specialize in specific functions that help better serve clients.
“We also work with photography and staging services for a superb online presence and marketing materials. Having a team allows us to be available to our clients on very short notice, so our clients are able to see homes quickly,” Nabors said.
There are nine licensed agents on his team, including his wife, and mother-in-law and father-in-law.
Karen Zientek is their team manager and makes all of the magic happen behind the scenes.
“We have a great group of talent and all work extremely well together. Our goal is to do the best we can for our clients. We all love what we do,” Nabors said.
Nabors also holds many specialized certifications. He also has a Graduate, Realtor Institute designation and is working on his broker’s license.
