Julee Gracey and Martha Gomez have joined Martha Turner Sotheby’s International Realty as Realtor associates. Originally from the Midwest, Gracey has a strong work ethic and values education, with the designations of both a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist and Accredited Staging Professional. The designations have helped her in providing concierge service to her clients. A Sugar Land resident, Gracey will be working from the Galleria office.
Gomez is a top-producing professional with more than 17 years’ experience in real estate. Having achieved awards in her career, her knowledge of Houston and the surrounding areas makes her an asset to her clients. She will be working from the Cypress office.
Lee W. Ewing and Rich Stone have joined John Daugherty, Realtors as sales associates.
Ewing’s credo has always included “Be the best that you can be” and “Success is never final.” Being a United States Marine Corps veteran has contributed to this value system. Ewing has held senior management positions. His customer service, negotiating skills, business acumen and genuine professional demeanor provide a solid foundation for continuously exceeding the expectations of the clients he serves. Ewing’s goal is to provide his buyers and sellers with a memorable real estate experience resulting in a lifelong business relationship.
Stone’s financial acumen, home-construction expertise and market-knowledgeable salesmanship aid his success as a residential Realtor. An award-winning top producer since 2012, Stone transitioned into real estate sales after two prior careers, first on Wall Street, and then as co-owner of a custom-home building firm in Houston.
“After working on Wall Street, my negotiation and financial skills were good, but home-building added broad, in-depth understanding,” he said. As a Realtor, Stone assists sellers and buyers in neighborhoods across Houston, including relocation clients.
Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Gary Greene announced that Laurie Blum and Ed Gonzalez have joined the Tiki Island sales office as agents; Constantine Caracostis has joined the Memorial sales office as an agent, and Kayla Oenning has joined the West Gray sales office as an agent.
A native Texan, Blum is familiar with both the city and the local real estate market.
Gonzalez holds a Bachelor of Science in aerospace engineering from the University of Texas, and spent more than 35 years as an engineer and engineering manager at NASA, where he worked primarily at Mission Control. During this time, he mastered his organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work cooperatively in a complicated, active environment. He is fluent in Spanish.
Caracostis holds a PhD in civil engineering and an MBA in finance, and comes to the company after more than 30 years in the oil industry. His years of experience have made him an adaptable, effective worker and he is prepared to meet the needs of his clients. He is fluent in Greek.
Oenning has a Bachelor of Business Administration in marketing from Sam Houston State. For more than two years, Oenning was in accounting and collections for a fire protection company, where she honed her communication skills, working directly with vendors and clients. As a collections specialist, she developed her negotiation skills.
