Katy’s Elyson community adds patio homes from mid-$300,000s
Located along Grand Parkway between I-10 and U.S. 290, Katy’s Elyson community is now offering patio homes priced from the mid-$300,000s in a gated neighborhood with lakefront homesites.
Drees Custom Homes, the neighborhood’s exclusive builder, has opened a pre-grand opening sales center in Elyson, with plans to open a fully furnished model home this summer.
Perks for early buyers include pregrand opening pricing and a $10,000 incentive toward structural and design center options.
