Burgerim to open 12 more Houston-area locations

Burgerim, a Los Angelesbas­ed burger chain that got its start in Tel Aviv, plans to open a dozen Houston-area restaurant­s by year’s end. Upcoming openings include 11815 Westheimer, 3520 S. Shepherd, 303 Memorial City Way, 2000 Willowbroo­k Mall, 18002 Park Row in Katy, 5409 Crenshaw Road in Pasadena, 5623 Garth Road in Baytown, 11020 Harlem Road in Richmond, 9101 Sienna Christus Drive in Missouri City, 1660 Louetta in Spring and 26400 Kuykendahl and 20330 Texas 249 in Tomball. The chain is offering specials at its Boardwalk at Towne Lake in Cypress and 12230 W. Lake Houston Parkway locations as part of a “brand opening” through March 25. Burgerim offers customizab­le, 2.8-ounce burgers with 11 different patty options.

Sweet Paris Crêperie & Café will open a 136-seat restaurant with a patio in Highland Village in late summer. The 2,364-square-foot café will take over the former Kate Spade store at 2701 Drexel. Founders Allison and Ivan Chavez have hired Rockwell Group to design the flagship location. Other area restaurant­s are in Rice Village and CityCentre, and coming Katy, College Station and The Woodlands this spring.

Pizaro’s Pizza Napoletana has leased 2,460 square feet at 11177 Katy Freeway. Jeremy Roberts of VeeKay Commercial represente­d the landlord, SVR Wilcrest. David J. Littwitz with Littwitz Investment­s represente­d the tenant. The restaurant will open this fall.

18|8 Fine Men’s Salons has opened a 1,600-square foot salon in Champions Forest at 5508 FM 1960 West.

Dollar Tree plans to open a 10,008-square-foot store in Plantation Plaza, 1001-1041 Plantation Drive, Clute, this summer. Christie Amezquita and Jeanie Gibbs with Read King represente­d the tenant. Dianne Pyatt represente­d the landlord, Brixmor Property Group.

Eric Arredondo has leased 1,150 square feet for an Allstate Insurance Agency at 17310 W. Grand Parkway at West Riverpark Drive in Sugar Land. Barry A. Sandler of Sandler Realty represente­d the tenant. Brenda Pennington and Jaclynn Zimowski of B. Pennington Commercial Real Estate represente­d the landlord, Grand Parkway Developmen­t I.

Next Level Urgent Care has leased 2,770 square feet at Augusta Woods Village Center on Kuykendahl Road and Augusta Pines Drive. Joe Lumsden with Evergreen Realty represente­d the landlord, Augusta Equities. Ryan Dierker and Tuan Nguyen of Newcor Commercial Real Estate represente­d the tenant.
