Adger has achieved lengthy, successful career in real estate
This year has started out strong for Houston’s residential real estate industry, and it appears the trend will continue.
“There are many great homes on the market today, and buyers are taking advantage of the low interest rates,” said Martha A. Adger, Realtor with Martha Turner Sotheby’s International Realty .
Adger’s focus areas include River Oaks, Tanglewood, Stablewood and West University.
“It is a great time to buy in each of these areas, and again, there a many great homes on the market,” Adger said.
Adger is a native Houstonian and grew up in Tanglewood. She now calls River Oaks home. Prior to joining MTSIR, Adger worked with the developers of Stablewood for over a decade, so she knows these homes and the area well.
She attended the University of Texas, Austin and later worked in New York for four years with Sotheby’s International Realty. When she returned to Houston, she became the regional manager for the southwest region for Sotheby’s International Realty for three years.
Adger has been with MTSIR for 13 years. In total, Adger real estate career has spanned over four decades. All of her experiences have accumulated in to excellent people skills and communications, organizational and negotiation skills, market knowledge and many other talents that benefit her clients today and has also assisted in her being an award-winning Realtor.
Adger has been in the Circle of Excellence at MTSIR for 13 years — every year she has been with the company. She has also ranked in the top five Realtors at MTSIR eight of those years.
