Oti builds trust with his real estate clients

Jose Oti, a Realtor with Beth Wolff Realtors Real Living, understands all of the key factors in a real estate transaction, the different market trends and the communities he focuses on. Oti has lived inside the Loop for the past 27 years, so he knows the area, amenities, cultures and communities.
“However, I also work with clients in many different areas outside of the Loop, around Harris and Fort Bend Counties and Galveston. I really like Houston and these surrounding areas — for the arts, diversity, amenities, close proximity to the water, and the people,” Oti said.
Originally from Cuba, Oti grew up in Chicago and has worked in a number of cities prior to adopting Houston. He came to Houston 28 years ago with a major TV station as an executive in sales.
In this position, he continued to hone many skills such as personal communication, professionalism, quality of service and trust.
“In the media/TV line of business, a great deal of trust was important to our clients and customers and it was up to me to build that trust. Trust is also important to my real estate clients today,” Oti said.
