Robin Van Zant, a graduate of Texas A&M University, has joined John Daugherty, Realtors as a sales associate. She is a second-generation Realtor and assists clients with buying, selling, and leasing homes throughout Houston. She is a consecutive three-year top producer.
Sudhoff has launched a new Continuing Education Series with HAR for residential real estate agents looking to further their knowledge of the condominium market. The course underscores the company’s commitment to develop the talent needed to help Houston’s real estate landscape transform and innovate agents’ understanding of condominiums in order to serve their buyers.
Seventy-five real estate professionals gathered for the first Continuing Education Seminar, Condo 101, which took place on March 6 at the Houston Chronicle. Mike Reddell, Sudhoff ’s executive vice president-sales and Texas Real Estate Commission accredited instructor, led the course that covered key topics for understanding “All Things Condos.” The next Condo 101 is scheduled for May 8 at the Houston Chronicle.
Andi Deane has resided in Kingwood for more than 30 years and is an expert in the area. She has supervised sales specializing in international, domestic and military customers, which yielded invaluable experience for her real estate career. She will be working from the Kingwood office.
Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Gary Greene announced that Adam Esacove and Tye Norwood have joined the Cypress sales office; Amra Koy, Elsa Kiprotich and Julie Huble have joined the Lake Houston sales office; and Robyn Clark and Taneicia Struiken have joined the Conroe sales office, all as agents.
Esacove studied computer and business graphics at the University of Houston and is a native Houstonian with years of experience in customer service and volunteering. He will represent buyers and sellers in Cypress.
Norwood earned his Bachelor of Science in Medical Imaging and for the last 10 years has worked as a lithotripsy technologist. He has 14 years of experience in the heath care industry.
Koy was a restaurant owner and manager for more than 10 years, where she developed her customer service abilities. She also fluent in Cambodian.
Kiprotich honed her sales, organizational and problem solving abilities as assistant manager of two rental car facilities in Kansas. Kiprotich is also fluent in Swahili.
Huble has spent much of her career in outside sales to hospitals and chemical plants, selling anything from chemicals to emergency alert systems. She brings honed negotiation and communication skills to all her clients.
Clark has experience in the hospitality industry, including working as a billing specialist for a hospital. She has traveled and moved extensively, giving her experience with the entire real estate process.
Struiken holds a Bachelor of Science in business administration, and served in the Navy as an Information Technician and Financial Counselor. Throughout her career, she has served others through effective communication, research and problem solving.
