Spring marks the time to find property in Vintage Oaks

-

With its rolling hills, blooming flowers and pristine landscape, it’s hard to beat spring in the Texas Hill Country. And it is the ideal time to make the scenic drive to New Braunfels and see new acreage homesites available at Vintage Oaks.

This master-planned community just released new 1- to 2-acre, wooded properties in its East Ranch neighborhood. Property tours of these new properties are going on now, and appointments are encouraged. To schedule a property viewing, call 830-254-5091.

Vintage Oaks boasts two swimming pools, a lazy river, fitness room, sports fields, tennis courts and miles of walking trails. Its first-class amenity center plays hosts to year-round events and social clubs. In addition, the community broke ground in February on its upcoming fitness club, which will feature a lap pool, water aerobics area, and cardio and weight rooms.

At Vintage Oaks, residents can use any custom builder they like as well as building on their own time frame.

Located west of New Braunfels, Vintage Oaks boasts a convenient location in proximity to shopping, dining, medical and entertainment venues.

“Our location, property selection and variety of amenities really make Vintage Oaks the perfect place to call home,” said Cole Haley, regional sales director, SouthStar Communities. “There is so much for couples and families to experience at Vintage Oaks, and it really fosters that neighborhood spirit that people are looking for when they build their dream home. We are a family here, and you can see that when you visit.”
