Stream Realty Partners will lease and manage 3040 Post Oak.

MetLife Investment Management has awarded Stream Realty Partners the leasing and management of 3040 Post Oak, a 22-story, 426,009-squarefoot office building at Lakes on Post Oak near the Galleria. Howard Hughes Corp. plans to add a second apartment project to Hughes Landing in The Woodlands. The 386-unit, eight-story building on Hughes Landing Boulevard along Lake Woodlands is scheduled to open in 2020. Preston Partnershi­p is the architect, and Hoar Constructi­on is the constructi­on manager. New York-based Praedium Group has acquired the Discovery at Mandolin Apartments, 19401 Tomball Parkway, in northwest Houston. The property, consisting of 10 buildings and a clubhouse/leasing office, was developed by McCann Realty Partners in 2009. Houston-based Hilltop Residentia­l has acquired the 200-unit Landmark of Conroe apartments on 15 acres at 1840 Longmire Road in Conroe. Cortney Cole and Jett Lucia of HFF arranged financing. New York-based Merit Hill Capital has purchased the 782-unit Safe Keeping Self Storage facility in Baytown from Houstonbas­ed Weiss Realty Group. Steve Mellon and Brian Somoza of JLL handled the sale. The 76,485-squarefoot property at 120 S. Alexander Drive is 93 percent leased. Affordable Self Storage The Woodlands ,a 465-unit facility with 90,800 square feet of rental space on 4.9 acres at 1626 Sawdust Road, has changed hands between two local investors. Bellomy & Co. handled the sale. Tomball Town Center, a 67,244-square-foot shopping center at 14060 FM 2920, has changed hands. David Disney and Adam Crockett of Disney Investment Group represente­d the seller, InvenTrust Properties, and procured a private buyer. Ryan Companies US and Grand Living plan to break ground early next year on Grand Living at Riverstone, a 180-unit project with independen­t living, assisted living and memory care at 4814 LJ Parkway, Sugar Land. Danobat has leased an 8,000-square-foot industrial building at 1914 South Houston Ave., Humble. Thomas Leger, Robert McGee and Chase Cribbs of Lee & Associates represente­d the landlord, Adkisson Group. Justin Clark and Nathan Gaines with Clark Gaines Properties represente­d the tenant. Enchanted Rock Electric has leased 25,000 square feet at 418 Clifton. Chris Kugle and John Ferruzzo of NAI Partners represente­d the landlord, Harrisburg Investment­s. Ryan Roth and Graham Horton with CBRE represente­d the tenant, Enchanted Rock Electric.
