Kimberly “Kim” Bassett has joined St. Joseph Medical Center, Steward Health Care System hospital, as president. Carl “Bo” Beaudry, who served as interim president, is now president of the Medical Center of Southeast Texas in Port Arthur.

Gene F. Thompson III has been promoted to president and chief operating officer of InterLinc Mortgage Services.

Joe Drago has been named general manager of Mercedes-Benz of The Woodlands.

Jeff Harrison has been appointed senior vice president, commercial lender at Texas Gulf Bank.

Thaisla Courtney has been promoted to director of operations at The Plaza Group, an internatio­nal petrochemi­cal marketing firm.

Shane Johnson has joined Porter Hedges as an associate in the bankruptcy section.

Sydney Scott and Landi Spearman have been named to the board of Cherish Our Children Internatio­nal, a Houstonbas­ed charity committed to assisting at-risk children, particular­ly the children of incarcerat­ed parents. Scott is an attorney with Smyser Kaplan & Veselka, and Spearman is CEO of Landi & Co. executive coaching and consulting.

Ramboll, a global environmen­tal consulting firm, has hired Shauna Dallmer as principal, Lori Carter and Tammy Hartmann as senior managing consultant­s, and Marilyn Stegemann as managing consultant. They bring experience in the petrochemi­cal, chemical, refining, and exploratio­n and production industries.

Edge Realty Capital Markets has promoted Kevin Holland to principal, and hired Micha van Marcke as principal, Chace Henke as senior vice president and Ryan Holliday as senior associate.
