Taylor Morrison builds home for GHBA project
Taylor Morrison Houston is partnering with their long-time vendors and the Greater Houston Builders Association (GHBA) to build one of two GHBA Benefit Homes this year. The Benefit Homes Project is a 38 year-old charity fundraiser that raised funds for two local charities. HomeAid Houston and Operation Finally Home are beneficiaries of the project.
Taylor Morrison recently began construction on their Rosebay floor plan in Grand Vista. This onestory home design is part of Taylor Morrison’s Chalet Series that offers elegant living within its 1,730 square feet.
The entryway leads to an open-concept gathering room and kitchen, that is the heart of the home. The formal dining room is designed for both large gathering or intimate dining. The master bedroom includes a French-door entry to a master bath featuring a vanity with dual sinks and a walk-in closet.
