Trazanna Moreno has joined the Houston Zoo as vice president of marketing and communicat­ions. Sarah P. Bernhardt has been named president and CEO of The Bayou Preservati­on Associatio­n. Carl E. Josehart has joined Jewish Family Service as the agency's chief operating officer. Prior to joining JFS, Josehart served as CEO of TIRR Memorial Hermann. Land Tejas, a developer of master-planned communitie­s in the Houston area, has promoted James Henrie to chief operating officer and Melanie Mangel to chief financial officer. Khambrel Marshall, a member of the KPRC2 Severe Weather Team, and Gilbert Garcia, managing partner at Garcia Hamilton & Associates, have been named Komen Houston Race for the Cure co-chairs.
