Memorial Green to fill with restaurants, services
Memorial Green, a mixed-use development by Midway at 12525 Memorial Drive, announced new tenants. Jonathan’s The Rub and Vine Wine Room will open this fall, bringing the 25,000 square feet of ground floor retail to more than more than 90 percent leased. Additionally, in spring 2019, Methodist Primary Care Group will occupy 5,974 square feet and Kaviani Family
Dental will open a 2,413-squarefoot office. Isle Pedispa plans to open a 2,621-square-foot location in September. James Avery Artisan Jewelry has relocated its Highland Village store less than a mile away to the Centre at Post Oak, 5000 Westheimer. The center, across from the Galleria, is owned by Weingarten Realty Investors.
Just Play Sports has leased 17,056 square feet at 10510 Westview Drive for a basketball training facility. Jason Whittington of NAI Partners represented the tenant. Greg Barra with Boyd Commercial represented the
landlord, JL Landco. Opening is planned in mid-October to early November.
2018 Beltway Property has purchased 2.8 acres at the northwest corner of Space Center Boulevard and Crenshaw in Pasadena as the site of a new neighborhood retail center. Marshall Clinkscales of Colliers International represented the seller, Domec Family Limited Partnership. Todd N. Edmonds, also with Colliers International, represented the buyer. Partners has purchased Royal Montreal Plaza, a 40,300-squarefoot shopping center at 2004 S. Mason Road in Katy. The property, which is set to undergo renovations, is 97 percent leased.

Thread and Shape has leased 1,000 square feet at the Shops on Grand Parkway, 5614 W. Grand Parkway, Richmond. Jonathan Aron represented the landlord, Hunington Properties. Pasha’s Dry Cleaners has leased 1,200 square feet at the Shops at Aliana II, 18310 W. Airport, Richmond. Jesse Hernandez and Whitney Fisher of Hunington Properties represented the landlord.
