iRACE, Old Navy, Primrose School are expanding as Dallas’ Cotton Patch Café enters Houston market
iRACE has opened a 60,000square-foot entertainment center in Katy Ranch Shopping Center at 24984 Katy Ranch Road. The venue has a two-level indoor kart race track, virtual reality games, NASCAR simulators, bowling, arcade games and Mike’s Garage restaurant.
NewQuest Properties will break ground on a 12,500-squarefoot store for Old Navy in Brazos Town Center at the northwest corner of FM 762 and U.S. 69 in Rosenberg. The store, between Kohl’s and Gordmans, will open in the spring. Bob Conwell and Austen Baldridge of NewQuest Properties represented the landlord. Cotton Patch Café has entered the Houston market with the opening of a 4,430-squarefoot restaurant serving Southernstyle dishes at 5431 FM 2920 Road in Spring. The Dallas-based chain has 50 locations.
Franchisees Don and Arlena McLaughlin will open a 10,000square-foot Primrose School in the Hughes Landing on Lake Woodlands next year, The Howard Hughes Corp. announced.
