Leiby guides buyers, sellers through key investment
Real estate is a good, solid investment to make.

Focus areas
Leiby’s main focus area is Katy, but she also works in the Memorial, River Oaks, Rice Military, Montrose, Midtown and the Galleria areas.
“Katy has continued to be a hot market due to its award-winning schools and proximity to the Energy Corridor,” Leiby said.
Also, there are homes in an array of price ranges that offer green spaces, parks, and a host of amenities including health care, great entertainment, shopping and restaurants.
Leiby has called Katy home for the past 22 years, so she knows the area well and has been a Realtor for the past five.
“I chose real estate because it gives me the opportunity to help people. Purchasing or selling a home is one of the biggest decisions people make in their lives. I find genuine satisfaction from helping clients find the perfect home or sell their property at a great price, and then assist them through the process of excellent client service,” Leiby said.
Prior to real estate, Leiby worked as a vice president in the convention and meeting planning industry. In this role, she managed trade shows, sales of exhibit space, negotiated contracts with hotels, convention centers, food vendors, etc., all which have been very helpful in real estate, especially with her toprated communication, organizational and negotiation skills.
Leiby is an award-winning Realtor with a long list of awards and honors that began her first year in real estate with Rookie of the Year in the Katy office, to Top Producer in the company and many others.
She also is a Certified Negotiation Expert; a Graduate, Realtor Institute; Accredited Buyers Representative and a Relocation Specialist.
