Elyson’s Open House Spree starts this weekend, Sept. 15-16
Home shoppers can enjoy special treats and surprises from Elyson’s builders, and get information on available incentives before visiting the open houses.
Beginning this weekend, Elyson’s Open House Spree showcases more than 40 quick move-in homes available from 12 leading home builders in this Katy ISD community.
Located at Grand Parkway and FM 529, between I-10 west and U.S. 290, Elyson offers new homes priced from the $200,000s to $700,000s, with a lifestyle that includes year-round events and more than 750 acres of planned recreational amenities and natural open spaces.
The dates for Elyson’s Open House Spree are the weekends of Sept.15-16, Sept. 22-23, and Sept. 29-30, from noon to 5 p.m. on each of these days.
The best place to begin the Open House Spree is at Elyson House, where visitors can pick up a map, learn more about the community, and perhaps grab a drink or a bite to eat at Elyson Café.
Visitors can also tour Elyson’s flagship amenity, Elyson House, offering a fitness center, game room, meeting room, event lawn, swimming pool, tennis courts and more.
Next door, Elyson’s Model Home Village showcases 15 fully furnished model homes. Home shoppers can enjoy special treats and surprises from Elyson’s builders, and get information on available incentives before visiting the open houses.
The public is also invited to visit Elyson on Saturday, Sept. 22, for the Fall into Autumn concert and event, from 4-7 p.m. The festivities will include live music by The Nervous Rex Band, lawn games, face painting, a balloon artist and ice cream. Visitors are encouraged to bring their dogs on leashes to enjoy treats from the Bone Bar. The event is free, and Elyson Café will be offering food, beer and wine specials for purchase.
