Bryan Beene helps buyers achieve their part of the American Dream

It’s no secret that technology has changed the real estate landscape for this generation.

One thing through that has not changed is the quest and pride that most have about homeownership.

“Homeownership has always been synonymous with the American Dream, and that still holds true today,” said Bryan Beene, a Realtor with John Daugherty, Realtors.

Beene encourages buyers who are thinking about buying to start their search now and not to wait to buy, especially for those who have a location and a pricepoint preference.

Beene’s real estate licensed says Texas Realtor, and he assists clients where they are interested from purchasing land in Boerne, beachfront vacation homes in Galveston, second homes on Lake Livingston, to ranches in Brenham.

However, most of his clients are from his home territory, which includes the Heights, Montrose, Upper Kirby, Museum District, Rice University, and Rice Military.

Beene moved to Houston from his hometown of New Braunfels, when he graduated high school 16 years ago.

His first job here was answering the phones at a real estate company.

“I worked there for several years, becoming the office manager, and obtaining my licenses. Real estate is the only job I have had. In my first year I won the Nationwide Rookie of the Year Award for another real estate company, where I was working,” Beene said.

Beene continues to be an award-winning Realtor, with awards for top producer to receiving NRG’s Top 20 Under 40 Rising Stars in Real Estate in 2015. He also has his broker’s licenses.

“I was easily recruited into real estate because I love people, I love being of service, and I loved real estate. I had also gained a wealth of knowledge while working in real estate prior to selling, and I think that gave me a huge advantage that helps me be successful for my clients,” Beene said.

When working with clients, Beene is focused only on being of service, not on sales.

“I enjoy working with all client, without regard to price, location or situation. My mission is to serve every client with the same level of care, expertise and professionalism. This service mindset is why I am excited to go to work every day, and what brings me the most fulfillment from my career,” Beene said.

Most of Beene’s clients are from referrals or repeat business from existing clients, which speaks volumes of the professional services he provides.
