Elyson’s Open House Spree continuing this weekend
For anyone who has ever wished they could take selfguided tours through all of the new homes available in a master-planned community, Elyson’s Open House Spree is the event they’ve been waiting for.
Continuing this weekend and next, Elyson’s Open House Spree showcases more than 40 quick move-in homes available from 12 leading home builders in this Katy ISD community.
Located at Grand Parkway and FM 529, between I-10 west and U.S. 290, Elyson offers new homes priced from the $200,000s to $700,000s, with a lifestyle that includes year-round events and more than 750 acres of planned recreational amenities and natural open spaces.
The remaining dates for Elyson’s Open House Spree are Sept. 22-23, and Sept. 29-30, from noon to 5 p.m. on both Saturday and Sunday.
All new homes featured on the Open House Spree will be unlocked and identified by special yard signs. The best place to begin a visit to Elyson is at Elyson House, where home shoppers can pick up a map, learn more about the community, and perhaps grab a drink or a bite to eat at Elyson Café.
Visitors can also tour Elyson’s flagship amenity, Elyson House, offering a fitness center, game room, meeting room, event lawn, swimming pool, tennis courts and more.
Home shoppers can visit the 15 fully furnished model homes in Elyson’s Model Home Village before or after they tour the open houses. Either way, they’ll find treats and giveaways from each of Elyson’s home builders, along with special incentives available during the Open House Spree.
Along with Elyson House, Elyson’s amenities include a trail system that will ultimately extend for nearly 30 miles, scenic lakes and community orchards where residents can pick citrus fruit and pecans. Opening this fall, Elyson’s newest park will offer bocce ball, pickleball and a lakeside firepit.
