Glasses retailer opens 3rd area store in Rice Village

Parker has a new store at 2518 University Blvd. in Rice Village. Interior and exterior artwork by Texas-born LilKool includes a mural with a giant pair of glasses outside. The store will be the retailer’s third in Houston, along with Heights Mercantile and Market Street — The Woodlands, and ninth in Texas.
I Fratelli Pizza, an Irvingbased chain with locations in north Texas and Austin, is entering the Houston market. Franchisees Bruce and Callie Redden plan to open a 1,200square-foot store at 11300 Katy Freeway in late 2018. Kyle Knight and Brett Levinson with Weitzman represented the tenant. Campbell Anderson with Orr Commercial represented the shopping center.
FedEx Office, represented by Lunden McGill of Baker Katz, has signed two leases. Chace Henke with Edge Capital Markets represented the landlord in a 10-year, 3,800-squarefoot lease at 10550 Westheimer. Brian Ellisor of Red Oak Commercial represented the landlord in a 5-year, 1,800-squarefoot lease at 3425 Spencer Highway, Pasadena. FedEx Office, a provider of printing, copying, and binding services, has more than 30 locations in the Houston area and 1,800 nationwide.

Reach Stretch Studios has opened at 1525 Lake Pointe Parkway, Sugar Land, the Central Fort Bend Chamber announced.
Jiffy Lube franchisee ABME Auto Services broke ground on a Jiffy Lube service center at Texas 6 and Towne Center Way in Bryan. Houston-based Jiffy Lube has opened 15 new service centers in the U.S. since January and plans to open another 16 by year’s end.
