High-rise spotlight: Arabella within River Oaks District

Fabulous luxury living is at the heart of Arabella, one of the Randall Davis Company’s condominiu­m offerings.

“It’s a world-class condo experience … which includes the offer of customizin­g the interior finish specs to the satisfacti­on of the client. We also offer an 8,000square-foot lobby with 22-foot ceilings,” he said.

Some of Arabella’s signature features range from a 24-hour concierge to indoor pool, valet parking, storage units, private garages, and a private wine cellar with wine lockers. There is also a signature garden and pet-friendly walk area, outdoor kitchen, bar and deck, as well as a state-of-the-art fitness center.

Also find ample guest parking, two pied-aterres for guests, a resident lounge with caterer’s kitchen, steam room, massage room and fire pit.

Having the right amenities is extremely important for Arabella residents.

“There’s an incredibly large outdoor recreation­al deck around the outdoor pool. There’s also a resident room, wine lockers, sauna, dog spa, and dog park,” he said.

Arabella’s penthouses provide special touches in these exclusive residences. The 13 exclusive penthouses come with private elevator entries and 10 sky pools.

Penthouse residents can also enjoy an enclosed private garage with storage included, 12-foot ceilings with 12 feet of glass and prewiring for electric solar shades or curtains at all windows.
