Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Gary Greene announced that Nancy Bilderback and Kimberly Garcia have joined the Champions sales office; Jasmine Y. Malone and Earl Baxter have joined the Inner Loop sales office, all of them as agents.
Bilderback graduated with a degree in business administration from UT San Antonio. She then spent the next several years working as a systems analyst and later went on to teach at a local Elementary school.
Garcia started her career in real estate six years ago in property management. She started off as a leasing consultant in the apartment industry, where she handled all the leads that came in. She also helped in resident retention. She speaks English, Spanish and American Sign Language.
Malone, a two-time graduate of Prairie View A&M University, worked in the Houston Independent School District (HISD) teaching English as a Second Language. She then worked as a compliance specialist of special education with a local charter school. In both of these positions, Malone was responsible for ensuring accurate accountability with the Texas Education Agency through data collection.
Baxter previously worked in financial service industries serving as director of operations for a specialty finance company. He then worked in data analytics to uncover economic insights derived from millions of daily credit card transactions. Baxter graduated from DeVry University and is working on receiving his MBA.
Janet Dreyer, Charlotte Blocker,Wil Widner and Frank Lozano have joined Martha Turner Sotheby’s International Realty as a Realtor associates.
Dreyer brings decades of experience in sales and marketing to her real estate career. As a native of Brenham, Dreyer’s roots in the area and network have made her transition into real estate seamless. She will be working from the Cypress location.
Blocker is an experienced broker with more than 25 years in the real estate industry. As a former business owner, she knows the importance of providing excellence in customer service. Blocker has numerous awards and certifications. She will be working from The Woodlands location.
As a graduate in communications with a focus on electronic media, Widner knows how to utilize social media to maximize results for his clients. He was awarded “Rookie of the Year” his first year in the industry. Widner will be working from the Galleria location.
Lozano is a seasoned professional with 13 years in property management, which afforded him the opportunity to hone his skills in developing client relations, product presentation, branding and building trust. He analyzes trends, acquisitions and developments in the housing market, and uses this wealth of knowledge for the benefit of his clients. He will be working from the the Galleria office.
