CityCentre’s tenant boom; James Avery inks new site
CityCentre, a project of Midway near Beltway 8 at Interstate 10, is getting several new tenants.
Anthony Vince’ Nail Spa will open a 3,500-square-foot salon on Town & Country Boulevard early next year. Pomp & Circumstance, a Rice Village women’s boutique, will occupy a 2,000-square-foot popup shop between Madewell and Paper Source through December 31. Lubbock-based City Bank will relocate its Houston location to nearly 4,000 square feet on the first floor of a 15-story CityCentre office building in spring 2019.
Beverly Hills Rejuvenation
Center will open the first of several planned Houston wellness centers early next year in CityCentre. The Los Angelesbased franchise has signed an agreement for the development of seven local centers. Other locations are targeted in The Woodlands, Sugar Land, Katy and Pearland.
Texas-based James Avery
Artisan Jewelry will open Wednesday at The Market at Crenshaw, 4573 E. Sam Houston Parkway, Pasadena. The store will be the retailer's largest in the area and will replace the Fairway Marketplace location.
GameStop has leased 1,725 square feet in the Market Center at Aliana, 10223 W. Grand Parkway, Richmond. Katherine Wildman
of Wulfe & Co. represented the tenant. Clay Trozzo represented the landlord, Property Commerce.
Braun Enterprises has acquired a 3,000-square-foot building at 513 Sawdust in The Woodlands/Spring area. Tune UpThe Manly Salon has leased 1,800 square feet at the property, which is undergoing renovations.
Main Squeeze Juice Co. has leased 1,500 square feet FM 1463 and FM 1093 in Fulshear. Joaquin Orozco of Retail Solutions represented the tenant. Clay Graham of Fox & Graham represented the landlord.
