Micro apartment options are roughly a quarter of the high-rise units, averaging 445 square feet.

“We breached the market and are the first to offer the micro unit. A lot of people like the idea. It’s a place of refuge and within walking distance to work,” said Krohn.

The Latitude Med Center’s other choices with multiple bedrooms have gotten a positive response as well from new residents.

“The layout appeals to people,” Krohn said. “You can have a large bedroom and a double sink in the bathroom. They love the unobstructed view. There’s also a full-size, front-loading washer and dryer.”

Luxurious touches combined with convenience are a few of the pluses of this location.
