Green helps educate, inform her buyers

- By Rebecca Maitland HOMES CORRESPONDENT

The real estate industry is constantly changing and evolving.

“Therefore, it is crucial that I always stay informed, stay ahead and understand what is happening in the market. My community and my clients rely on my knowledge, experience and my resources. As a Realtor, it is my job to educate the consumer, so they can make an informed decision,” said Tina Green, a Realtor with Greenwood King Properties.

Green’s focus is in the Memorial and Tanglewood areas. However, she will go where clients are interested and as a Houstonian, she is familiar with most neighborhoods.

“Regardless of the area, this is a good time to buy or sell. The economy is strong, and people are continuing to move into our area,” Green said.

When it comes to providing personal service, Green is at the top, having spent her career life in service-oriented positions such as a personal fitness trainer and flight attendant.

“In these positions, meeting people’s goals and needs were the focus. I assisted them in their obstacles and challenges to help them achieve their goals. These skills have transferred well into real estate. I love helping people,” Green said.

Green has been in real estate for almost six years and has a long list of awards and honors, as well as additional certifications such as Real Estate Collaboration Specialist in Divorce and Elder Estate, and Accredited Luxury Home Specialist.

Unfortunately, not every marriage works out, and when a couple or family is going through a divorce, selling the family home can become an emotional issue.

Green has the experience and the skills to remain neutral, and to help the family move through this difficult time as easy as possible, and ensure all paperwork, division of funds and property are settled smoothly.

She is known for her tenacious spirit, determination and passion. She is driven, has a direct and an honest approach, tirelessly committed and going above and beyond for her clients.

“I do not consider my career in real estate a job, because I love what I do. It is also a lifestyle, with my intent on understanding and aligning the right properties for my clients, and I pride myself on going above and beyond for each client,” Green said.

“Regardless of the area, this is a good time to buy or sell. The economy is strong, and people are continuing to move into our area.” Realtor Tina Green
