The first phase of homesites was just released in this incredible new neighborhood of 1- to 2-acre lots featuring the most inspired views in the entire community and great access to the amenities and events that have captivated Houstonians for years.

Annette and Kirk Smith said they love live music, and have enjoyed the Summer Concert Series at Vintage Oaks.

“The amenities were one of the things that drew us here. We use the Amenity Center, and we really like the walking trails and all the groups you can participate in,” Annette Smith said.

Spring is one of the best times to explore the Hill Country, with patio-friendly weather, the first Summer Concert of 2019 on May 15, and gorgeous hillsides full of bluebonnets and Texas wildflowers. If you’re coming for a visit, be sure to leave plenty of time. From the 1- to 14-acre homesites, to the new, existing, and quick movein homes, to resort-style amenities, you’ll discover one feature after another.
