Alli Willis leads clients to their perfect home
Finding your perfect new home is only the first step, in what can be somewhat of a long process to closing.
“And there are many things that can come up during the process, which is why it is so important to work with a professional Realtor that you trust and can work with,” said Alli Willis, a Realtor with Beth Wolff Realtors Real Living.
Moreover, there is no cookie cutter for performing real estate transactions.
“Ever person is different, and every person has different wants and needs. And we understand this. We are there to meet those needs and wants,” Willis said.
Willis graduated from Texas Christian University in May 2018, with a degree in strategic communication and advertising.
Prior to real estate, Willis worked at an IT staffing company and completed an internship with the Houston Astros in their front office. Learning about everything that happens behind the scenes.
Willis grew up with family members, friends and neighbors in real estate, and she asked a lot of questions.
“Real estate sounded like a wonderful job and so I obtained my licenses,” Willis said.
When Willis first began working in real estate, she assisted top producers at Beth Wolff Realtors, honing her skills and learning all of the details that provide superior customer and personal service along with helping clients find their lifestyle, not just a home.
Her clients today appreciate these skills.
Willis is known for being a good listener, personable, warm, friendly, outgoing, building and maintaining trust in relationships, and her love for people.
“No matter what stage of life you are in whether a first-time home buyer, downsizing or upsizing, I believe the process should be enjoyable. I love being with someone through this important time in their lives,” Willis said.
Willis is a native Houstonian and grew up in West University, where she calls home today, and it is part of her main focus area that also includes other inner Loop neighborhoods, such as Rice Military, Heights, River Oaks, etc.
“I love what I do, and I love working my clients,” Willis said.
