Misty DeVore and Jennifer Lerner have joined Martha Turner Sotheby’s International Realty as a Realtor associates.
Before beginning her real estate career, DeVore oversaw efficient movement of high value materials with a coin and bullion company. Her multitasking along with problem solving skills have crossed over seamlessly into her real estate career. DeVore will be working from the Clear Lake office.
Lerner is a fourth generation Houstonian and brings an extensive background in sales to her real estate career. She has spent the last seven years in Houston real estate, working with clients across all parts of the city. She has earned a stellar reputation in real estate due to her strong work ethic, enthusiasm and knowledge of the Houston market. She will be working from the Galleria office.
Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Gary Greene announced that Chelsea Wingardh, Michael McKenzie, Vicki Davis, Octavio Hernandez and Sheri Brudner have joined the West Gray sales office, all of them as agents.
Wingardh led a career working in the retail and sales industry that she started as a teenager. With a diverse background in sales, Wingardh has managed a myriad of establishments including fitness gyms, online shopping platforms, corporate chains, small boutiques and restaurants.
McKenzie developed his professional career working in the sales industry for most of his life. McKenzie has owned businesses in the past. In addition, McKenzie is a native Houstonian who has lived in the Inner Loop his whole life. He’s worked in construction on Houston homes in the ’80s.
Davis began her professional career as the office manager for an orthodontic firm for 25 years. Davis earned a master’s degree in physiology. In addition, she is largely familiar with the real estate process, having bought and sold multiple homes, as well as owning rental properties.
Hernandez began his career working in construction, before getting his bachelor’s degree in public relations from NUR International University. After earning his degree, he started a small cab business, where he developed meaningful skills in management and customer relations. He continued on to work in the service and food industry until deciding to work in real estate. He speaks English and Spanish fluently.
Brudner gained experience in the education industry worked as a teacher for six years.
