Chesmar Homes is constructing its 2,746-squarefoot Mesquite plan that is a two-story design featuring four bedrooms with a fifth bedroom/study option, three baths, walk-in closets, a game room, an island kitchen and a twostory open family room off the kitchen.
NorthGrove is located off FM 2978 in Magnolia, in southern Montgomery County. The community is conveniently located within proximity to The Woodlands while offering a more intimate small town feel. It is also convenient to major employers, shopping centers, al fresco dining, and cultural centers.
The community has 200-plus acres of preserved green space, hike and bike trails, natural waterscapes, luxury outdoor gathering spaces, three community lakes and a 7.5 acre recreation center called The Retreat. This center gets its name for the 9,400-square-foot clubhouse that is a contemporary lodge design and features numerous amenities.
Vendors and suppliers who have committed their donations include Allpoints Surveying, Ellen Lighting & Hardware, Builders Post-Tension, PPG Paints, Lewis & Partners, Action Landscaping, Trus Joist/Weyerhaeuser, Meridian Brick, 1st Infinity, James Hardie, Surface Systems, Emerald Masonary, AHI Supply, Hurricane Construction and Hart Lumber, Austin Windstorm, MTW Pipeworks, GE Appliances, Lanehart Electric, Builders First Source and All About Concrete.
Hundreds of GHBA members have participated in the Benefit Homes Project throughout its 39 year history. Two to three homes are built with donated materials, labor, services and time. The Benefit Homes Project has raised $11 million since it began.
Not one year has gone by since then, that GHBA’s generous vendors/suppliers and trades have not made this happen. Everything from the land, surveys, construction and closings have been donated. The companies that participate range from large national organizations, to local one-man operations.
