The community has 200-plus acres of preserved green space, hike and bike trails, natural waterscapes, luxury outdoor gathering spaces, three community lakes and a 7.5 acre recreation center called The Retreat. This center gets its name for the 9,400-square-foot clubhouse that is a contemporary lodge design and features numerous amenities.

Not one year has gone by since then, that GHBA’s generous vendors/suppliers and trades have not made this happen. Everything from the land, surveys, construction and closings have been donated. The companies that participate range from large national organizations, to local one-man operations.
