Acclaimed builders open new model homes in Meridiana
As home buyers continue to flock to Meridiana, several builders have opened new, expertly designed model homes in the fast-growing community south of Pearland where families enjoy new homes from the $230,000s, resort-quality amenities, new parks and coming soon, an on-site junior high school and adjacent high school.
Highland Homes has opened a new 65-foot model, its second in the community, while two of Meridiana’s inaugural builders, David Weekley Homes and Perry Homes, have opened new models on 50foot properties. A new model by Meridiana newcomer Drees Custom Homes is opening in the coming weeks.

Open daily, each fully furnished Meridiana model provides home buyers the opportunity to stroll through island kitchens, open-concept great rooms, inviting master suites, tucked-away wine grottos, private studies, media rooms and fun-packed game rooms.
A collection of new, single- and two-story homes ready for immediate move in also is available.
While in Meridiana, families are encouraged to visit the community’s Welcome Center, where a knowledgeable staff is available for tours of the waterfront Oasis Village. To reach the community from Pearland, take the Meridiana Parkway exit from Texas
288 and turn left onto the overpass into Meridiana. Those heading north on Texas 288 can take the parkway exit and turn right into the community.
