- By Valerie Sweeten

The Revere at River Oaks is the newest addition to Houston’s high-rise market.

Nestled in the heart of the city is the up-andcoming newest addition to the Houston high-rise market, The Revere at River Oaks, where large, luxury homes are positioned in a condominium setting.

Slated for only 30 residential units, it’s already 80% sold.

“The Revere is a fullservice luxury boutique condominium. You will enjoy all the perks of a fine high-rise, but on a more personal scale,” said Dina Gustin, director of marketing at Sudhoff Companies.

Kyle Mikulenka, condo sales specialist at The Revere said this building will have “the best of everything” that condo residents are looking for in a home.

At the top of the list is a highly desirable location in the River Oaks area, where some of Houston’s best restaurants and shopping are available. The Revere is located at 2325 Welch.

“This is a prime location,” said Mikulenka. “River Oaks has all of the finest restaurants, and there's also Whole Foods.”

An additional bonus with the location is that it’s tucked away in the neighborhood, offering more privacy, less traffic, and more places to safely walk your dogs.

Unique to The Revere is the “sprawling” home size awaiting the residents where units vary in size from 2,800 to 3,800 square feet. There is also an outdoor balcony living space with gas grilling capabilities.

“They’re big,” said Mikulenka. “They have the biggest closets we’ve ever had. There are 11-foot ceilings to make it feel more open.”
