Lake Conroe real estate agents celebrate anniversary with acts of kindness
The Lake Conroe office of Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Gary Greene will celebrate 30 years of representing buyers and sellers of residential properties in Lake Conroe, Willis, Conroe and Montgomery by completing 30 acts of kindness throughout the rest of the year.
For 30 consecutive weeks through the end of the year, agents with Gary Greene’s Lake Conroe office will perform small acts of kindness such as delivering flowers to a local senior center, collecting children’s books for those in need, planting flowerbeds and bringing cookies and cupcakes to police substations, fire stations and Conroe ISD teachers.
“Giving back to the community is a great way to celebrate our 30 years in the area,” said Mark Woodroof, managing partner of Gary Greene. “Our agents live in the communities we serve so this effort is extra special for them.”
Gary Greene agent Phyllis Baudat is a sixthgeneration resident of the Lake Conroe area and other agents participating in the 30 acts of kindness include Elizabeth Boatwright, Teri Bonnel, Steven Collier, Sarah Conway, Schelle Davis, Candace Green, Ken Grover, Roseann Hildenbrandt, Brian Lejune, Debra Manning, Lindsey Monroe, Michelle Plaskett and Richard Robertson.
One of the area’s most active residential real estate sales offices, Gary Greene’s Lake Conroe sales office, represented Montgomery County buyers and sellers in nearly 1,300 transactions in 2018.
