Whaley guides clients through buying, selling

The most successful Realtors in Houston are those with a dedicated marketing strategy, an organized work ethic, who go above and beyond for their clients, and have an establishe­d trust with their clients.

Kim Whaley, a Realtor with Heritage Texas Properties, and her husband have bought and sold 10 homes, so she was very familiar with the process. She also genuinely understand­s the emotions that accompany such an important transactio­n.

Plus, she values what buyers and sellers appreciate the most from Realtors, since she has been both.

“Because I know very well what it is like to buy and sell, I want to make my clients’ real estate transactio­ns as seamless and pleasurabl­e as possible. I also want to provide a higher level of service to my clients,” Whaley said.

Whaley has been in real estate for 19 years, and her main focus area is the Memorial area.

“Memorial is where I raised my children. I love what Memorial has to offer; it has great schools, amazing restaurant­s and shops, and it’s centrally located. It is always a great place to invest,” Whaley said.

Whaley grew up in Franklin, Tennessee, but has called Houston home for the past 35 years, and so she knows the area and is able to provide additional informatio­n for her clients interested in the area.

Prior to real estate, Whaley was in retail, where she honed her skills in communicat­ion, providing a high level of customer service and working with diverse population­s.

Whaley is also an award-winning Realtor. With Heritage Texas Properties, she was the 2018 Companywid­e Top Producer, and many others.

“I love what I do, and I love paying attention to people’s wants and needs and matching them to their dream home,” Whaley said.
