Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Gary Greene announced that Lucy Reyes and Trish Moses have joined the Magnolia sales office and Melodee Sadeghi has joined the Champions sales office, all of them as an agents.
Reyes started her career in the banking industry, where she worked for nine years. During her time in banking, she worked closely with underwriters, Realtors and clients, developing a thorough understanding of the financial aspects behind the home buying and selling process. Later, Reyes transitioned into the corporate accounting world. She is bilingual, speaking both English and Spanish fluently.
Moses developed a professional background as a sales assistant, where she provided support to sales counselors for model homes. Moses greeted clients, strategized potential floor plan layouts, researched property lots and presented model and spec homes to future home buyers.
Sadeghi built her career on an array of experience, ranging from government security to medical administration. A native Houstonian, Sadeghi grew up in the northwest Houston area and earned her degree from Sam Houston State University. The flourishing real estate market prompted Sadeghi’s interest in interior design and home staging, which eventually led into a career in home-flipping and renovation. company as a leasing specialist.
Willis was born in California and raised in Houston. Her experience as a gymnast, triathlete competitor, and personal trainer has given her the determination, knowledge and skills to provide excellent customer service to her clients. Willis specializes in Rice Military, Upper Kirby, River Oaks and the surrounding areas.
A native Houstonian, McGuire has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Texas A&M University and a master’s in education from the University of Houston. She was an educator from 2002-2010 in Fort Bend ISD and at the School for Little Children in Bellaire. McGuire resides in Sugar Land. She earned her real estate license in May 2017 and specializes in Sugar Land, Missouri City, Bellaire, Meyerland and the surrounding areas.
D’Amico Peltier, a fifthgeneration Texan and thirdgeneration Houstonian has been a successful business owner in the Houston area. As a historian of Houston, she has vast knowledge of the market and stays up on the latest real estate trends and current demographics. Mastery of negotiation earned D’Amico Peltier recognition in the Top 20 Highest Earning Realtors in Brazoria County in her second year of selling real estate.
Crook, a Dallas/Fort Worth native and Houston transplant, is a Baylor University grad with a degree in environmental studies. He worked as an environmental investigator for Texas. He specializes in the Heights, Upper Kirby and Montrose neighborhoods.
