• Shelly Scanlin — Styled Real Estate Shelly has excelled in production, winning multiple awards. She recognized an opportunity in the market and launched Styled Real Estate in January 2019. Her brokerage’s main office is based in Spring, and offers agents the ability to incorporate design and renovation into their business with the use of Paragon Design Firm’s 10,000-sqauare-foot design center. Styled Real Estate has grown to more than 40 agents. TRLP class of 2019, Shelly looks forward to growing as a leader within the community. Her mission statement is “Take care of people.”

After working in corporate real estate, Brandon realized he wanted more. He wanted to get more personal by assisting families with one of their most important financial and life decisions — homeownership. Brandon hired his wife, Sarah, two years ago and says it was easily the best business decision he has ever made. Brandon and Sarah hope to leave a legacy where one of their three daughters (Mia, Lila, Nora) will want to take over their real estate business and lead it into the future.

• Chase Smith — Krueger Real Estate Chase is a Houston Realtor who brings a strategic, yet personable approach to his work. Prior to becoming an agent, he spent five years in the oil and gas industry developing invaluable negotiation skills. A decade after Claire started her career consulting an oil and gas company, she continues to utilize her savvy negotiation skills and marketing strategies in real estate. These skills, combined with her integrity and customer service, have propelled her to be the Realtor she is today. As a top producing agent since her first year in the business, and every year since, Claire is grateful for her success and loyal client base. Claire is a member of the 2019 Texas Realtors Leadership Program (TRLP), and cherishes time spent with her husband, daughter, and goldendoodle.

After graduating with a BA in marketing from the University of Houston — Downtown, Kristian set her sights on continuing a customer service-based career in real estate which exemplifies her passion for helping others find their “dream home.” Five years later, Kristian has polished her experience and in turn has become a mentor and named The PR Group’s director of agent training. Each year, her business grows by building meaningful and lasting relationships. She participates in YPN, TRLP class of 2019, and is committed to TREPAC as a major investor.
