Her brokerage’s main office is based in Spring, and offers agents the ability to incorporat­e design and renovation into their business with the use of Paragon Design Firm’s 10,000-sqauare-foot design center. After working in corporate real estate, Brandon realized he wanted more. He wanted to get more personal by assisting families with one of their most important financial and life decisions — homeowners­hip. Brandon hired his wife, Sarah, two years ago and says it was easily the best business decision he has ever made. Brandon and Sarah hope to leave a legacy where one of their three daughters (Mia, Lila, Nora) will want to take over their real estate business and lead it into the future.

These skills, combined with her integrity and customer service, have propelled her to be the Realtor she is today. After graduating with a BA in marketing from the University of Houston — Downtown, Kristian set her sights on continuing a customer service-based career in real estate which exemplifie­s her passion for helping others find their “dream home.” Five years later, Kristian has polished her experience and in turn has become a mentor and named The PR Group’s director of agent training. Each year, her business grows by building meaningful and lasting relationsh­ips. She participat­es in YPN, TRLP class of 2019, and is committed to TREPAC as a major investor.
