Luxury townhomes by Lennar coming to Meridiana
Meridiana, a top-selling master-planned community of new homes south of Pearland, will soon add luxury townhomes by Lennar, ideal for young professionals and first-time home buyers in the market for an affordable option with all the desirable features of a new home.
Starting in the $200,000, the townhomes will offer Lennar’s Everything’s Included features of designerselected kitchen countertop materials, shaker-style cabinetry and stainless-steel appliances, programmable thermostats, low-E windows and other energyefficiency features. The WiFi-certified home designs also will feature integrated home automation that allows families to control their lights, front door locks and thermostat through voice-activated home automation.
Pre-sales for Meridiana’s townhomes by Lennar will begin in December with a new, fully furnished model opening in spring 2020. Until then, buyers can visit
