Andrew McCain gets five-star client rating
It’s wise to invest in real estate.

McCain’s focus area includes Rice University, West University, Southampton, Boulevard Oaks, Southgate and the Museum District. He also calls this area home.
“Since I have been in real estate for over 25 years, I’ve worked with clients throughout Houston and have a working knowledge of many areas and neighborhoods,” McCain said.
McCain is a native Houstonian and has lived here his entire life, except during college at the University of Texas at Austin, graduating with a degree in finance. He also spent a year in New York and a year in Paris studying art and architecture.
He has many interests, and real estate fulfills many aspects of them, such as helping people meet the goals and needs in finding the right home, architecture, design, real estate development, finance/the numbers, negotiating the transaction, and buying and selling properties.
McCain also understands the right home means good living, which is something he strives for with each of his clients.
Prior to real estate, he worked with an energy company, spending a year in the marketing arena then moving to corporate finance.
While he was in corporate finance, one of his accomplishments was raising hundreds of millions of dollars to build an office tower in the Galleria area, which was his catalyst into real estate.
