Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Gary Greene announced that Deborah Meinke has joined the Fairfield sales office, Charity Thomson has joined the Lake Houston sales office, and Anabell De La Fuente and Carrie Nelson have joined the Bay Area sales office.
Meinke was a part-time assistant for a local real estate broker for the last six years and worked as a substitute teacher and tutor for 11 years prior. Meinke graduated from Texas A&M University with her Bachelor’s in Business Administration degree in accounting and moved to Houston.
Thomson’s career consists of five years in oil and gas, and 15 years in the Texas real estate market.
De La Fuente was an accomplished apartment manager accumulating awards such as Rising Star Apartment in 2015, Regional Core Value Award 2014 and Managing Directors Choice Award in 2011. She is a community manager with 18 years of multi-family experience. She is bilingual and speaks fluent English as well as Spanish.
Nelson was an office manager for a UK-based oil and gas company. Her experience welcoming visitors and employees to Houston and assisting in buying, selling, and renting homes with them made her a perfect fit for the real estate career she began in 2009.

Kim Phillips, Courtney Bullard Duperier and Laura Mayer Cyprow have joined Martha Turner Sotheby’s International Realty as a Realtor associates, and Brian
Spack as a broker associate.
Phillips utilizes her keen listening and negotiating skills to ensure a smooth transaction. She is working at the Cypress office.
Mayer Cyprow is a consistent Top Producer and is a member of the Martha Turner Sotheby’s International Realty Circle of Excellence. In 2011, she received
the NRG 20 under 40 Rising Stars Award. She is working at the Central Houston office.
Spack is a perennial Top Producer and has been at the top of the industry for more than 25 years. A Briargrove resident, he specializes in Briargrove and Tanglewood, along with Houston’s other premier neighborhoods. He is working at
the Central Houston office.
Bullard Duperier, a native Houstonian and Tanglewood resident, offers knowledge of Houston’s premier neighborhoods. As a top producer, she attributes her strong work ethic, market knowledge, professionalism, enthusiasm and negotiation skills as keys to her success. She is working from the Central Houston office.
