Perry Homes opens new model in Meridiana’s second phase

Perry Homes opened its fourth showcase model in Meridiana, the community of new homes south of Pearland, where it will add new homes on 55-foot homesites in Meridiana’s second phase.

Located at 10111 Napier Drive, the new Perry Homes model features 2,737 square feet of living space with four bedrooms, three baths, island kitchen, entertaini­ng spaces, game room, library with French doors and extended covered backyard patio. Meridiana’s newest fully furnished model is one of 18 now open daily.

Priced from the $310,000s, top-selling three- and four-bedroom plans by Perry range from 2,300 to 3,200 square feet, with popular features such as 12-foot ceilings, open family room, master suite, mudroom and walkin pantry. Several homes already are under constructi­on for immediate move-in.

Meridiana’s second phase includes the community’s new on-site Caffey Junior High School, currently under constructi­on, opening fall 2021. Residents also are near the community’s on-site Meridiana Elementary School, lakefront Oasis Village, parks and outdoor learning labs. Like Meridiana’s first phase, its second phase of new homes is accessible from Texas 288 via Meridiana Parkway.

The parkway is expected to open to Texas 6 by the end of the year.
