New Artavia community has move-in ready homes

-

Artavia, the newest master-planned community in the Montgomery County/Conroe area, has 25 homes ready for immediate move-in. Buyers who would like to make a quick move will find a wide array of homes available to choose from.

Homes in Artavia are offered by Coventry Homes, David Weekley Homes, Highland Homes, J. Patrick Homes, Lennar, Perry Homes, Ravenna Homes and Westin Homes. Interested buyers are encouraged to visit the artaviatx.com website to view available homes and to make a private appointment for viewing.

“We have added convenient ways to shop through virtual tours on our website. Private appointments are also being scheduled at this time,

said Lisa Connell, marketing director of AIRIA Development Company, the developer of Artavia. “The builders in Artavia are offering special incentives for move-in homes, and with historically low interest rates, this presents a prime opportunity for buyers.”

Construction is nearing completion of Dapple

Park, a 13-acre community park including a 5-acre lake, a contemporary-style clubhouse featuring a

24-hr FitCenter, cafe and gathering spaces. An imaginative playscape, splash pad and walking trails will provide many options for an active lifestyle.

Artavia is located north of the Grand Parkway, midway between I-45 North and US 59 North, and east of FM 1314 on TX

242. The development will bring approximately 5,200 homes to the area, and plans currently include 120-plus acres of mixeduse, commercial and retail properties. Students living in Artavia will attend Conroe ISD schools.

With its convenient location, Artavia will afford access to a long list of employment, medical, retail and recreation destinations. For more information, visit artaviatx.com.
