Arfa’s ‘utmost priority’ to provide the best service to her clients

- By Rebecca Maitland

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the real estate industry is changing quickly, causing Realtors to rethink every step of their business transactions.

“As we navigate through these difficult times together, I want to emphasize that my utmost priority is to provide the best service to clients and to guide them throughout the process, buying or selling, within this new normal,” said Roya Arfa, a Realtor with Beth Wolff Realtors, Real Living.

Arfa has been in the real estate industry for almost two decades and has seen the market fluctuate. Yet, this pandemic is different.

“While I don’t have a crystal ball, I can say that based on research and past market shocks, most buyers in our area have not changed their plans for buying a home based on COVID-19 fears. Viewing homes is offered with virtual capabilities and with low mortgage interest rates, it is unlikely that buyer activity will change,” Arfa said.

She is familiar with the Houston market, having lived in various areas in the greater Houston metropolitan area for the past 40 years, including Sugar Land, The Woodlands, inside Loop 610, and Energy Corridor, where she lives now. She also works with relocation companies for those moving in and out of areas of Houston and beyond.

Arfa was born in Iran and moved to Houston 40 years ago as a child, and considers herself a Houstonian. She is bilingual in English and Farsi and is learning Spanish.

Prior to real estate, Arfa was in banking, working with builders. She was fascinated by real estate and loved touring homes.

“It was natural for me to choose this path when the opportunity arose to work with my mentors, Beth Wolff and Ed Wolff,” Arfa said.

She is also an awardwinning Realtor, as she has consecutively been a Top Producer at Beth Wolff Realtors.

She has continuously earned high customer satisfaction ratings from clients and was nationally recognized by Real Living in 2019.

She has also continued her education to ensure clients receive the best possible service. She holds a certification from the Graduate, Realtor Institute, is a certified Accredited Buyer Representative and Content Management System, and she is certified to work with relocation companies. She also has platinum and gold customer satisfaction certificates.

Arfa is known to be a very patient, caring individual, detailed-oriented, an excellent negotiator, and a good listener.

“I love to see my happy clients accomplishing their goals,” Arfa said.
