One of the fastest-growing school districts in Texas, Boerne ISD is the largest employer in the community located 30 miles northwest of

San Antonio with more than 1,000 faculty and staff. With nearly 10,000 students enrolled in its 12 schools, Boerne ISD utilizes vertically aligned classroom instruction, a rigorous written curriculum, national best practices, lesson frames to bridge written curriculum to instruction, and district-wide collaboration to help all students achieve success.

While consistently receiving an “A” state accountability rating, success in Boerne ISD looks different depending on each student. The district’s dynamic curriculum integrates technology and socialemotional life skills, providing ample opportunities for students to practice navigating challenges in real life environments both inside and outside the classroom.
